He has trained hundreds of Executives, Managers, Executive Coaches, Psychologists and Career Counsellors and Planners in the application of psychometrics to the highest international and professional standards.
How will this workshop benefit my organisation?
Organisations that have staff who have been professionally trained in psychometrics make significantly better judgements when hiring and training staff; creating highly dynamic teams and attracting and developing leaders; in adapting to change, setting and achieving demanding sales and profitability targets and staying in business when crises hit. That is why nearly 100% of the most successful large businesses worldwide, 80% of medium to large ones and 35% of SMEs employ staff professionally trained in psychometrics. And the numbers continue to expand.
How will this workshop benefit my career?
You will acquire best practice psychometric knowledge and skill in scientifically assessing the key personality attributes of candidates, the degree and interplay of which have such a major influence on the jobs, occupations and careers – and the levels – which suit us best; the type of company culture which resonates clearly with us; the kind of people and teams to which we will relate most positively – all invaluable data for you to have, not only in selection contexts but equally so in your coaching, training, development and counselling work. With this expertise, you will stand out from the crowd of armchair psychologists, canteen therapists, and YouTube counsellors – and your reputation will prosper as the only professional in the room.
Location and Price
The next workshop will be delivered in The Camden Court Hotel, Camden Street, Dublin 2 on Thursday, 13th of July and Friday, 14th of July 2017 and it costs €450.
